Metal Sonic's profile

Sonic's characters equipment needs to be fixed, but most power ups are standard for him, optional is mostly stuff that's in one game

And the item boxes are said to be standard
 
He should actualy, he has all of Chaos's abilities, plus we see he transform into a puddle and back to normal multiple times
 
Idk if his powers would be optional, he just shouldn't retain them after losing the neo form
 
For the villains characters? They should be notes that they can only use them in specific situations, though tbh they shouldn't really have then
 
Either it's optional equipment saying that they can only use it in certain circunstances ( aside from Eggman with the Nega Wisp Armor) or they not having them
