If it's prep time thenRank is definitely getting an expo suit, an unstoppable amount of weaponry and some sheer matter hax, as well as teleportation and a bunch of other stuff caused by his costume and mega buster and just...things that destroy.
Basically a bunch of whacky weaponry.
Is...is James allowed to have a car? I feel like that'd be a little unfair unless...well I mean Frank has used vehicles before. This is odd
Yeah. Basically because I wanted to use these two at their best, they both start at basically 9-B and then James gets his cars and bike meanwhile Frank gets his exo suit
This is...gonna be tricky. Still haven't finished Dead Rising 4 and I should because I know it adds more but...with a weeks worth of prep Frank will collect just about all of the invincibility juice that he has and all his car destroying equipment like just general super bombs.
If he chooses not to get into a vehicle or exo suit then the M. Bison suit will be his best friend but...I'm assuming that Bond would start in a car right away?
There has never been EMPs even mentioned in Dead Rising to my knowledge. And I feel like if they worked they would have used one against Calder a while ago but eh. We can chock it up to a good ol possibly.
Sooooo...Frank has matter destroying weaponry that can atomize so...that should be interesting.
The more I think about this matchup, the better it gets. Both have crazy weaponry with stuff the other simply doesn't have and some that counters each other. What's the actual AP of the suit?
The suit has an AP of about 51 million joules from scaling to being able to hurt Calder who absorbs electricity to actually heal himself. Which...never made sense but eh.
Bond is 88mj as the rockets he has and the ones the Vanquish has taken are at the very least comparable to some real life, high damaging, RPGgs which give out this much energy.
I mean essentially if Frank sees Bond getting into his car he's gonna try to blow that shiz up, hope you realize. No way in heck is he gonna just let him get in. He'd try to block that option as much as possible.
Same with the suit though. Neither are starting in 9-A and neither could attempt to let the other in their ace in the hole. Difference is, the Vanquish is invisible when parked, meaning he can park it somewhere out of the way and quickly get in. The suit is gonna stick out like a sore thumb though.
Basically, James goes invisible, goes to his invisible car and gets in hahahah
Also we haven't each tried to talk about if the fight would even get that far hahaha but it probably would to be fair
I'd argue that if Frank West could see a car door opening (and by that I mean the insides of a car), he'd go and chuck a grenade in there real quick. What's the starting distance between the two of them? Just curious. Frank may just not let the man leave without overwhelming him with melee, or literally just the matter destroying gun, and a week of prep allows him to set up so many traps.
And id argue the car that freezes everyone that goes around would be one of his saving graces here. He could easily just drive around and, considering the speed of the most, could completely freeze Bond or his vehicle, and since it doesn't need proper aiming that's just all the better.
And of course his M. Bison teleportation uniform allows him to dodge most attacks that Bond would have, which would also allow him to get up close and personal, especially if it's the start of the match.
In fact, the teleportation thing is probably one of his Aces, as it can close the distance and line up for a perfect shot.
Then frank would probably just teleport and either whack him with something or shoot him with the matter destroying gun. Obviously Bond would have some knowledge of it but I doubt that'd prepare him for rapid fire teleportation.
