So, you want to add characters to the categories, or edit the categories (create)? Honestly I do not known how categories are managed here, but all these categories seems to be created.

Well, we do not known any single character in the wiki, so is up to the knowleageble user to add the missing categories (unless the the category is pretty obvious).

Why don't we have categories for each individual tier? Like "Low 2-C", for example. It would make finding battles much easier.

I mean that sounds good on paper, and I would like it. But it's not worth the effort, unless someone can make a bot that reads the tier and assigns the category itself. Not sure how possible that is.

We just go down the list of characters in a tier and add the catagories one by one. We have more then enough manpower. Hell, I could do it by myself for tier 9 in a weekend. In fact, let me make a quick calculation.
It took me about sixteen seconds to do the process for one page. We have 18,403 character pages. That means it would take about 82 hours total for one person to do this.
If we just get twenty users to split up the work evenly then it will take only about 2 hours each. And we have way more then 20 users who we could trust with that sort of thing.
Although locked profiles could be an issue.
Actually, come to think about it, just having bots look for keywords would be pretty easy. Just have something that prevents them from looking at keywords under "Others" for characters who fight characters of tiers other than their own.
