Given that Hogan is an incredibly savvy when it comes to setting traps, I'm pretty sure he simply sets explosives around the battlefield to blow him up on the spot.

That's weird

Regardless, Hogan is a significantly better fighter then William, so he probably wins anyway unless his paralysis is that good.
 
Ok so without prep, Hogan is just essentially a normal man with nothing except his wits

Second key Hogan is him with machine guns, explosives, grenades and mines.

This is second key hogan but I'm restricting the 8-C and High 8-C explosives
 
Hogan should have it via his machine gun cutting Afton down, Pain Tolerance be darned. Shoot him down nice and bloody, then throw the grenade for good measure.

Seriously, the range on the gun is gonna win him this, so I vote him.
