Tsurubumi vs Noellia

If she tries to fuse as to become is ally, and not to dominate him, then it should work. Her wind might also work as long as she doesn't aim at him, and just does it in general.

If Tsurubami goes for sealing, then he wins. If he goes for CC, then it could work well since she has the segnificant AP difference, but I think her poison wind will work to counter him as he approaches. I'm not sure how it will turn out if he tries to make her angry, what is her character like?
 
Aquamirror shenanigans, so transformations and summoning mostly is probably the best bet.
 
Nah, I wasn't asking what she does in character, I was asking what her personality is like. If she doesn't get angry easily, then he won't be able to combo into instant death. If she goes berserk almost immediately from provication, then she may outright become immune to most of his styles
 
Ah, I see. We don't ever really get in depth character stuff. She has likely has a lot of negative emotion because of Evilswarm, but iirc that doesn't really cause anything except general evil.
 
So she probably won't get pissed off the the extent that she would die, but also not to the extent that she would become immune to styles.

In that case, I go for Tsuruabami. If he goes for sealing, he solidly wins, but he doesn't always open with it. If he goes for trying to piss her off, nothing comes of it and the two win conditions she has works fine. However, I do think Poison Wind will give a draw and not a win because if Tsurubami dies then the moon falls. If he goes for CC, then its a toss up, since she should have a chance to go for fusionism. They both has solid win conditions but Tsurubami takes it in most senerios more solidly

For these reasons, I vote or Tsurubami
