"Magical Girl" vs Esper Guy

Apparently it slightly ignores durability by exploding atoms, but I'm not sure where that's from exactly. And it's point based. She points her wand at him and he explodes.
 
Yes but if he precog's her pointing and him popping, would he not immediately go for teleporting behind her?

Edit: Even if he isn't bloodlusted?
 
Yeah, Im gonna vote for Liv in this case. Ryo wouldn't realize that her pointing wand is a threat and would most likely just teleport spam and try to body her with fighting skills. Since she has High Mid regen and immortality type 8, this wouldnt be a problem and she only needs to point once in the meantime and its done
 
He can't actually pull it off tho. It is not in character and Liv seems to just explote people in character. There's like 0% chance he'll be able to do it if this is in character.
 
True. If it was in-character then it might as well be a stomp in favor for female Kira Yoshikage. though if its bloodlusted, Ryo Shimazaki does some sort of FotNS crap with his Mind's Eye ability and omae wa mo shinderu's her or BFRs her completely. (a complete stomp in favor for blind man)
 
Breaking Liv's stick will also insta-kill her fyi.

Liv - 6 (Jordan, Emperor, Ionlionsite, TGOP, LaGoneCarat, Monster)

Ryo - 0
 
Since she's not an ESP user, Ryo's precog merely sees her lifting her staff with no consequence, then tries to taunt;intimidate her and finds himself exploded to bits before he can even act (specially with the speed difference and the fact that he takes more damage from stuff he can't predict)

On a sidenote

Imagine how screwed the protagonists would be having to deal with an exploding magical girl on top of an eyeless zombie teleporting grown man in a gothic lolita suit.
