Well in his current state, Luka is a bumbling idiot with almost no sword skill. Cure would win quite easily under normal circmustances, but Luka's got SAVE & LOAD, meaning that he'll most likely eventually win.

Unlike Luka's resurrection, killing Akarun will definitely stop it, her teleportation, and possibly her transformation.
