Since Naruto fanfic existed. Well actually I dunno about metaphysical and dimensional but I think Ryuuzakiscorpio mentioned that it can damage astral and spiritual in the earlier Naruto discussion page. You can see that TheMozart already wanks Naruto by posting Narutofanon site source about sage slug there.

Naruto doesn't exactly evade "teleportation", he just evades the attack after the teleportation, in the small timeframe.
I'd probably argue for some upgrades of Speeds of Naruto Characters(Nothing too Major), but I'm not sure how to do that, new on vsbattles.

If you can't calculate the speed, it's not a feat and no upgrades my friend.
