I guess I can wait.

The only thing I can really say is that Ness has a pretty good AP advantage, via defeating the Sanctuary Bosses And The Starman's. Oh and Uh fate hax too I guess. Don't know if his PSI abilities are useful here.

Kaliber has way more abilities, but I don't see a way for her to get around Ness' passive hax aside from BFR and possibly reality warping if its good enough. Type 4 Conceptual Manip should be useless against Truth, but Type 5 Immortality may be a problem. Idk, kinda feeling inconclusive on this one for now.

Kaliber as a character has never even acted before so this match is weird

Kaliber seals with range and calls it a day, since she can shoot from literally space and has the ability to lock people in a time-hax clusterfuck known as the Gungeon. So I suppose I vote that?

Also less than 2x isn't a pretty good AP advantage. And, finally, Kaliber is looking at Tier 4 upgrades.
