Idk. Life giver, Nullification, and the Loop of Death are the only things I know of. What casuality manipulation does she have?
 
She has a few Causality things.

In the SM Verse when the same thing meets at two different points on the timeline, it causes a violation of spacetime, a paradox, which will destroy the entire spacetime continuum. Sailor Cosmos can easily touch and hold and even kiss her self from other points of the timeline, easily preventing said paradoxes.

Neo-Queen Serenity called a completely new idenity of Setsuna Meiou into existence, resurrecting Sailor Pluto backwards in time.

She also has access to the Curse Technique, one of the most dangerous techniques in Sailor Moon, which alters the destiny of the victim, fateing them to die. It can even work on beings stronger then the caster.
 
Don't GER threads more or less usually go "if this thing has Acausality it wins, otherwise it loses?"
 
Which is why I wanted to see how it fares against Moon, who seems to be far more haxxed than I thought she was in mid-April.
 
Just checked moon's profile and she is apparalently acausal so this is finally a decent match or is it? Moon seems to have way too many abilities for GER to deal with and she is apparalently immortal too so i dont think GER can even kill her.

Actually, if GER could kill her, it would get weird. Killing and resurrecting over and over a being who is meant to be resurrected anyway.
 
Yeah, I'm also voting Sailor Moon due to being Acausal, which will already give GER a disadvantage in the fight. Just curious, is it the Lambda power that makes her Acausal since she can defy causality?
 
As much as I hate to say this, Sailor Moon looks like the obvious winner here, given her Acasual nature and Space-Time Transcendence.
 
Her powers are going to be quite annoying for anyone who isn't an inherently higher-dimensional being, and Gold Experience Requiem may not or rather, not even be enough for Sailor Moon.
 
Sailor moon got an upgrade that makes her Acausual when? Because from what I've seen of past Sailor moon vs Giorno Giovanna battles, Sailor moon lost multiple times.
