If my understanding of the Puppet's soul manip is right, then it's only the ability to put the souls of the dead into objects, then Chucky should have better soul manipulation. His survivability is also much higher with immortality, multiple bodies, and resurrection. He seems like he should be at an AP advantage too with the puppet easily killing a human vs him cutting a human in half completely, especially if he has stuff like grenades as standard equipment, and has access to superior numbers. He definitely holds an intelligence advantage as it's the ghost of an experienced serial killer and manipulator, vs the ghost of a young child.

Overall, I think Chucky takes this without a lot of trouble.

1. Chucky's soul manipulation takes to long to be effective in this fight. Most of his immortalities aren't combat applicable.

Btw what does the cutting people in half come from? I don't remember that in the films.

also a grenade shouldn't be considered standard equipment since he only uses it in one particular instance in one movie

Im quite a big fan of Chucky and I dont remember that either. His profile is really full of S**t. 1) He cannot cut people in half 2) He cannot easily decapitate people. Throughout the entire series only three people get decapitated and 2 of them werent directly from Chucky himself. The only other time he had help from Tiffany and it wasnt even brute strength either it was because they used a sharp thin wire. 3) a grenade isnt standard equipment for him since he only used it once throughout the entire series. 4) He cannot dodge gunfire and has been shot several times. Instead, occasionally whoever is shooting at him happens to miss. 5) In general he isnt very powerful. He got overpowered by Andy's mom, can easily get thrown and kicked around by people, struggled to kill kids and teenagers, and most of the time he only ever manages to kill people by taking them by surprise or using things around him to his advantage such as when he had to use a dump truck to kill someone who was nearby or when he had to break a glass ceiling to kill someone.

Chucky probably rests at like 10-A or 10-B at best honestly. 9-C with a knife tho
More like 10-C. He got overpowered by Karen and Andy who are just average humans. The knife is just a regular knife that doesn't grant any sort of power boost. He's ultimately just a doll which is solidified by the fact that in direct combat he can be overpowered by average adults and average teenagers.
