Dialga is pissed that this guy is eating his time.

Round 1: Unequal Speed (I'm not sure if it matters due to time manipulation)

Round 2: Equal Speed. Sealed Dialga (prioritized battle)

Round 3: Equal Speed: Unsealed Dialga

Pretty sure Dialga wins round 1 due to a MASSIVE speed blitz.

Fairly certain he takes the other rounds with superior hax.
 
Round 1: Time Eater blitzes.

Round 2: Time Eater has time-based abilities that could mess with Dialga's so I'd give it to him.

Round 3: Dialga one-shots.
 
Round one goes to time eater with superior speed. Round 2 Goes to Dialga with a more versatile set of hax than time eater. You should just get rid of round 3 cause that's a major stomp in dialga's favor.
 
Unsealed Dialga shouldn't be here. Even a Universe level+ entity can stomp another Universe level+ entity. Pitting a Low 2-C character against a solid 2-C character is a very unfair match up.
 
They're both Universe level+ and Immeasurable now, so that's kind of moot.

Personally, I'm still siding with Dialga when speed is equalized (though I disagree with the idea that you can equalize with someone who's beyond time and space) being that he simply has all around better hax (primarily, Reality Warping).

Speed can be equalized if it's assumed the characters involved exist on the same plane of existence during this battle.
 
Apparently Dialga has transmutation and ressurrection as well as reality manipulation so I give it to him.
 
Dialga's resurrection feat included restoring someone who was wiped from existence, however that kind of ability is only combat applicable in very few circumstances, this battle not being one of them. However, Dialga does have a wider range of abilities and it has a far greater control over time, not only destroying and slowing it down, but stopping, fast forwarding and rewinding time at will, even managing to simulate Regenerationn healing the wounds it gained in battle. My vote goes to Dialga.
