I feel like this is a stomp or get stomped situation. I don't think any of Jason's forms would make this fair...
 
Stomp. Art wouldn't really be able to get past Type 8 or the fear aura The Clown emits, he'd be forced into playing the killer's game and runs the risk of being put to sleep and hooked.
