feel like boomhauer is stronger,durable, and faster than quagmire because of scaling to hank while quagmire has been able to scale to characters like peter well to give an example in hank vs peter hank won and to mention that quagmire is smarter than boomhauer and has more fighting experiance he doesn't have experiance that can put boomhauer down he just knows how to fight little bit and can't scale in intel to other family guy characters like joe or lois so 1 for boomhauer
