Speedwagon due to having superior control of his bladed hat.
I mean, if the hat comes close to Oddjob, he can just knock it away. He seemingly has near perfect control of his throws with it

I was kind of thinking that as well. While Oddjob is absolutely deadly with his hat, Speedwagon has much more control over his, and his experience on the streets may even help him against Oddjob's military training, or whatever kind of training he went under.

Voting Speedwagon.

I'll count your vote but I mean, Oddjob's hat counters it. Then it's basically man on man

That's one of the reasons why I say his street experience is likely able to match Oddjob's proper training. It seems really conceited to say, but Speedwagon seems to have more confrontational experience, rather than Oddjob who is usually able to easily kill his targets in one hit unless their last name is Bond.

True, and while Oddjob has the durability advantage, Speedwagon seems more athletic and nimble (unless I'm mistaken, as I'm unfamiliar with Odd Job)

Well, Oddjob is basically a brute but he's surprisingly quick. He could dodge attacks from Bond for a while

If it gets to H2H, Oddjob puts him down though

I don't know, Oddjob was defeated by Bond's quick wit, which Speedwagon has loads of. He could probably find something in the battlefield to give him the edge.

He lost because he tricked Oddjob into throwing his hat into steel bars and then electrocuted him as physical force wasn't working. I doubt that'll happen here

Wasn't saying that scenario directly. Speedwagon could use improvised weapons or angle his hat toss just right while using the battlefield to gain the edge
This, basically.

Personally, I think Oddjob has it

Keep in mind, Oddjob is incredibly intelligent. In a car chase, he tricked Bond with a mirror forcing him to crash and get captured. He was bossing Bond until James saw one chance to win by electrocuting him. Oddjob also has better training. Street smarts may work but it didn't really work with Jonathan when Speedwagon was intentionally attacking him, and in close Quarter combat, superior training will always edge out street smarts.

Speedwagon has better control over his hat sure, but Oddjob's hat can just counter it and nullifies it's attack which Speedwagon's does for Oddjob's hat as well. So IMO I actually think Oddjob has it

I disagree, Oddjob's fighting style is very slow and brutish. Even with speed equalized Speedwagon fights with far more agility while Oddjob relies on his strength. Sure he can counter his hat, but that doesn't mean Speedwagon can't manuever his way around the battlefield and get his hat back. Also JB is the one who threw it, Oddjob just went to get it for no reason when he could've easily just kept pummeling JB.

Oddjob got over confident and assumed because he was naturally stronger that James missed his shot. Against someone else with a hat like his he won't take this risk. It's a completely different scenario. Oddjob is definitely less agile yes but I just don't see how he is gonna hit Oddjob when he can just not let it hit him with his hat. Same for Speedwagon sure but then eventually it's a fist fight which Speedwagon won't ever win.

Speedwagon via his control letting him possibly hit Odjob after blocking the latter's hat.
It just won't happen hahah. Speedwagon gloats when he uses his hat. Once Oddjob sees this he isn't gonna take the risk of throwing his hat first

This looks a lot like an incon to me, both are evenly matched.
