Risotto Nero vs Dio Brando

I mean, risotto can make some scizors pop in Dio's neck to decapitate him.
 
Part 1 Dio's regen is comparable to Straizo. Yes, he may eventually manage to tire Dio out, but before he does literally everything and taps him ignoring Risotto's invisibility with Vampire senses?
 
Requires a ton of energy to keep up energy for Mid levels of regen or higher. So Risotto decapitating Dio twice, maybe thrice, should take him down.

Of course, Dio's Still Dio so I doubt he's letting that happen. But Risotto can just stay invisible for like, five minutes and waste all of Dio's blood.
 
I have to say that Vampire senses are kinda overrated, Straizo wasn't able to notice several things, problem DIO himself had on some occasions. It will absolutely be helpful here but just saying that.

Risotto doesnt fight like that. He is much more meticulous, he'd try to stall Dio in order to weaken him just like he did to Doppio. Thing is: Dio has za lazer beamz, senses capable of tracking Risotto, regen to last long enough, and can kill Risotto in one touch.
 
Would Dio really use his laser beams? He never does outside of last ditch attacks. Also, if Risotto were to drain iron from the blood Dio drank, he wouldn't be able to regen anymore, sine that's what fuels vampire regen.
 
I vote for Risotto. Part 1 Dio can't freeze him if he's in Metallica range, and then Dio vomits with razors/needles 3/4 times and then dies.
 
I'll vote Dio due to the fact that Dio would probably use his Stingy Eyes before he tires out and the fact that going invisible won't help Risotto due to Dio's senses

also should probably note that the only time to my knowledge that Dio needed to use a ton of energy to regenerate was when he was reduced to ashes when the Joestar mansion burnt down with him inside and it took him 3 days to regenerate from that, so I'm pretty sure Metallica won't get past the regen
 
dio fra, forgot how crazy good his regen was in part 1. i think risotto could have a chance by depleting his iron tho
