Thunder McQueen vs Josuke

No. At most I can see him getting immobilized, but Josuke's Crazy Diamond is versatile enough anyway to like, create an empty cell for Thunder or something.

Oh, right, Josuke may be able to remove the stand disk from Thunder with CD's ability. Though that would require previous knowledge.

I know, but how high the chance of that happening? There is high chance of this going to Thunder win (inconclusive) if Josuke doesn't know thunder suicidal nature as Josuke is kindhearted and tend to spare his enemy with one exception.
 
Unless TMQ manages to pull an insta-death move, something he failed to do in Part 6, Josuke has some room to fight.
