Spidey's biggest hurdle is the Quad Damage, but it wouldn't be enough to one-shot him due to him having the AP advantage (although it's only around a 1.5x difference).
That said, Spidey has my vote. His Spider Sense is gonna be a big help to avoid taking any damage alongside negating the Haste Sphere, and his only real problem will be the Gauss Cannon homing down on him. Doomguy has nothing out of the ordinary that Spider-Man hasn't somehow dealt with before, so I think this is a solid win for him.
That said, Spidey has my vote.
