Killua's automatic reactions seems like he needs to use his limbs to do so, but it's a bad idea anyways since blocking a sword stronger than you is going to be lethal. He'll lose a hand, forearm or even his entire limb if he tries to block an attack from Kabal's swords.
Him shocking Kabal by touching his swords isn't going to work since they have insulated handles. Touching Kabal himself or shooting him would work, but he can dodge it anyways since speed is equal. Plus I just read that electricity manip actually ignores dura but I'm not sure if it applies to Killua's kind of electricity. Nevertheless dodging ftw since Kabal always creates afterimages as a product of his speed so that could probably confuse him.
Plus it seems like his Rhythm Echo technique is Killua's way of creating afterimages but it seems to be slower than Kabal's. Killua needs to walk a bit before it actually happens, Kabal just needs to run.
Kabal has much more years of experience as a SWAT officer and Black Dragon mercenary and also has faced opponents way more skilled than Killua including Sub-Zero (as a cyborg), Noob Saibot, etc.
Exactly. He doesn't need his limbs to use Whirlwind, it's the electrical impulses in his brain and nervous system moving for him while he can also fight.
