I thought it would be nice to celebrate Bayonetta's jump to 3-A by giving her a good opponent to face.

Round 1: Speed Equalized

Round 2: Speed Unequal

In character, no prior knowledge or prep time, all powers and abilities, Bayonetta can use all of her weapons and summons and is able to summon Omne, Lilithmon has her databook stats. Who wins?
 
Round 1: Bayonetta seems like an overall more versatile fighter and generally seems more skillful. She also has a pretty huge range advantage. However, Lilithmon seems to have some pretty good hax in the form of "Darkness Love" and...whatever Empress Emblaze is suppose to be.

In the end, I believe Bayonetta would win with fairly high diff.

Round 2: Same as above, though a bit easier in Bayo's favor.
 
Bayonetta takes round 1 via range, versatility, and possibly some of her haxier weapons like Bazillions and Shuraba.

Round 2 makes it much more easier for her to take, via speed advantage
 
R1: Bayonetta should take this due to better range, versatility and weaponry, and she also seems like a better fighter.

R2: Bayonetta takes this due to her superior speed.
 
Assuming Bayonetta starts with Witch Time, she's probaly going to take this. But if she lets her guard down as allows Lilithmon to use her Nazar Nail or Darkness Breath attack, Bayo is done for.

Round 2: Bayonetta blitzes
 
Round 1: Bayonetta's Witch Time should net her the win, but like Rep said above, if Lilithmon can hit Bayo with Nazar Nail or Darkness Breath, she'll win.

Round 2: Bayonetta blitzes.
 
Round 1: Yeah Bayonetta witch times FTW assuming she isn't getting cocky then yeah round 1 goes to her but if she lets her guard down like Rep says lilithmon wins.

Round 2: Bayonetta as everyone says blitzes
 
Bayonetta's time stop/time slow gives her a decent amount of advantage over Lilithmon, plus she should still be able to spam her summons on scenario 1.

On the second, Bayo still wins, with more ease.
 
All i'm saying is if it was Base Lillithmon/Offical Databook vs Base Bayonetta/ Summons, Lilithmon would win. How bout Jeanne vs Lillithmon?
 
according to her data book, Lilithmon speed stomp in R2 because she is Massively FTL+ (Comparable to the Royal Knights) compared to Bayonetta's speed FTL+.
