8-A Brackets Round 5

I think it is better to you say why Hyungin would win, then we could wait to see what the one who nomitaded Ginvolt have to say

Voting out of ignorance isn't the best to do.

Regardless, Hyun shoul scale above the Modern Odds and Ends golem, and Lightning seems to be what they scale from, so Hyun has at least X2 AP here.

Now, please someone do tell why Gunvolts powers and abilities section is divided into two, when there are four keys.

In-fact, what is his lifting strengh?

That profile is made pretty badly even by my standards.

Gunvolt's AP is 100x 10 billion joules, so about 2.4x baseline.

Nonono.

You do not assume lightning to be 10 billion joules, or else he would be High 8-C.

You assume lightning to be 5 billion joules.

I'm still going to wait. I've only seen the first couple levels of Gunvolt's game. So I'd rather wait for the one who nominated him to actually provide some information on what he starts with as well as his battle tendencies.

Well, they clearly didn't, because he isn't High 8-C.

Hyun still has the X2 AP advantage tough, as Ricsi said, so meh.

It says that it consumes his EP (or something), so if he spams it, he'll run out pretty quickly. Though I don't know how fast he can reuse it.

Hyungin's golems will likely seriously tire gunvolt out since he likely doesn't have the tools to defeat them. Electricity doesn't seem super effective against metal golems. Especially ones with elemental intang.

He can recharge EP just using a little bit of focus. GV can just run past things he can't kill.

Run past and hit an opponent who will be flying a few dozen meters in the air?

How often can he recharge in one match? Because him defeating the golems seems relatively unlikely. He has the tools to run pas the golems, sure, but unless he can completely get out of their range without them catching him, it seems unlikely that he'll actually get to Hyungin. Who can also defend himself with his liquid metal.

I'm also not sure if Hyungin's power null would do anything here. I'm ot sure on the mechanics of how Gunvolt's powers work. If he has an interal energy source, then Hyungin may send a power nulling spear at him that will likely pierce him. Intangibility might work though, I'm not sure honestly.

Unlimited EP?

I'm pretty sure someone who can be infinitely intangible shouldn't be allowed in brackets low on hax.

Flashfield is a omnidirectional attack and can be turned into a homing attack with more damage if someone is hitted by one of his bullets. This just seems to haxed to be here TBH

Flashfield itself without tags is more like 9-B, since pretty much normal humans in armor can survive it for several seconds.

That sounds like absolute PIS.

Flashfield also hurts the bosses, so it's definitely PIS.

I still stand by what I said earlier though. Being able to be infinitely intangible is too much for brackets low on hax. He can just run through anyone without nonphysical interaction, which isn't exactly fair.

Have him fight Danny Phantom or something, lol.

Both have it tho.

He was suggesting Gunvolt to fight him, not to put danny in the brackets.

We should wait for Wright so that they can determine in Gunvolt is indeed fair enough for this tournament.

Though I can't really see how being able to be infinitely intangible is fair in a bracket low on hax. Most characters are invalidated by that alone, which defeats the purpose of the brackets.

Put him against Han Jee-Ha, lol. That's two suggestions.

Wait, his intangibility is infinite? Yeah, no. I was under the impression it had a time limit.
