why Lucario, there are so many other 7-A Pokemo

What does Nanami lead with in character?
 
She starts by precog-ing to avoid the opponent's initial attacks, then starts power copying anything they try and throwing out her own techniques, with Red Poppy and Daphne being her go-to
 
Lucario has his own forms of precog; his passive aura-reading lets him hear the thoughts of his opponent. Detect also allows Lucario to see the next few attacks ahead of time.

Lucario's main attack is Aura Sphere, a homing attack, though he also has extremespeed which is a temporary speed amp that lets Lucario blitz his opponent, agility which is a permenant speed amp and me first to copy his opponent's move at 1.5x power.

Also Lucario easily one-shots with the AP gap
 
Seems somewhat inconclusive at this point. Nanami has superior precog and arguably better speed amping, Lucario has a homing attack and durability advantage, and both have decent power copying in different ways.
 
Honestly I'm leaning more towards Lucario. His mind-reading is passive which lets him outplay Nanami's own precog, which seems to be a skill-based precog rather than an actual ability (if that makes sense). Extremespeed is a guaranteed win for Lucario too if he uses it early on, since it instantly amps Lucario's speed for the duration of a few attacks, which will destroy Nanami with her durability.
 
While Nanami has skill-based precog as a Kyotoryou user, her God Eyes allow her to see an opponent's entire moveset and fighting style the moment they adopt a fighting stance. She would know about Extremespeed beforehand and could use Iris in response, which allowed Shichika to go from being unable to even perceive his opponent's attack speed to blitzing them with afterimages.
 
Yeah, I'm gonna have to give this to Lucario. Her durability is too low for her absurd skill to compensate, and Lucario's main forms of attack give it means to hit her at least once.
