No. That is just plain lying about the scene. He was delirious to the point that he was hallucinating this thing as a bunny, was unable to even see her while she was screaming at him from in front of him, and was not even hurt by the slap.
Being shocked by the fact that someone you didn't see ro hear slapped you alone would be ridiculous to scale. It happening while the guy is literally delirious?
And I'm not completely sure about the durability because of the whole rose being her essence being damaged instead of her. I mean, I guess it would still apply the same way (in the painting), but don't think it would work outside of the reality warping place that made a physical manifestation of their very being.
I also disagree with rating Mary tier 4 for drawing stars. Drawing a rainbow on a canvas created an actual (tangible) rainbow in the guertena world, so it's more a quirk that happens inside the painting than an ability she has. Plus, drawings don't really tend to reflect their real life counterparts all that well (See the tangible rainbow for one).
Not only that, but she has both zero ways of using it to attack, and even less ways of doing drawing one during a battle.
At most, you could make a key for when she is inside of guertena, but in that case anyone with something to draw with would be able to do what she can.
