Aeons time Stop is out as it's infinite.

So that throws a massive wrench
 
This may be a stomp if Time Eater can be time stopped, tbh
 
I would assume so, Simon's sub weapons are just that. He'd probably start with Vampire Killer, I think something similar was discussed in his match with Zeno way back.
 
Simon via better skill, far higher AP and the fact that Time Eater pretty much never uses hax in battle.
