A lantern who likes to spook vs A lantern who likes to irritate

I'm going to go for Atrocitus, here. He has somewhat of an intelligence advantage according to their profiles, and he is absolutely going to go for the kill right off the bat, because he hates Sinestro. Red Lantern blood also burns through most Lantern auras with ease.

As for Fear Manipulation, I don't think that's going to work. Atrocitus has used fear to his own advantage before, and likely doesn't truly fear anything, at this point. His rage overpowered the likes of Martian Manhunter, in past showings--as well, Red Lanterns frequently hunt down and destroy Sinestro Corps. members, and no comics have ever made a point of a Red Lantern raiding party being repelled by Fear Inducement. Atrocitus has even battled Sinestro before (but never without outside intervention), and only retreated because Sinestro was in cohorts with Hal Jordan, turning the odds in their favor.
 
Atrocities. If Sinestro tried to manipulate Atrocities' fear it may just make him angrier. Plus he has blood manipulation & acid that can help in the long run.
