Portals. BFR with portals, attack reflection with portals, interdimentional imprisonment with portals. Bell has zero reason to get physical with any opponent. She just, throws her frames.

I mean he usually dives into the mirror world the first chance he gets, so it's just as likely he dives out of her range
 
Bell has tens of kilometers vs dudes hundereds of meters, unless your talking about that low multiverse bit at which point Bell can BFR him to her's or her fathers pocket dimention, neither of which have any reflective surfaces. Also her father has complete control over his own pocket dimention.
 
Bell's father's dimention might count but I'm not sure of her own, considering she's siginfigantly weaker then him. She could still open a portal to his dimention though.
