I would like to upgrade Noein verse quite a bit based off of this Blog I just made a day ago . After rewatching tbe series, there may be quite a bit of hax missing, as well as justification of why she is " At least 2-A " .

Might be Necro a bit, but why does the thing that's stated in your scan exactly sounds like explanition of 'Quantum Foam'? Should it scale to that?
