Quick derailment: If Shadow's Chaos Energy made "short work" of Eclipse's Monster Form, shouldn't he also be 5-C with Chaos Energy?
As for the battle... They both have nearly identical hax, AP, and skill (due to being capable of fighting each other repeatedly), they both know how the other fights, but Sonic does have an advantage due to his resistance to Time Manip. That cuts down a heavy skillset in Shadow's arsenal. But both are bloodlusted here, so Sonic can use it against Shadow without a hitch.
I think Sonic takes this.

Shadow in this key also resists time stop due to immeasurable speed. Just pointing that out, but vote counted.
