Scorpion vs Naruto

Scorpion should take this with mid to high difficulty.

While Naruto does possess the numbers game and some good stamina, that's about all he has here.

Scorpion has higher Attack Potency and can add fire to his attacks, along with summoning fire right from under Naruto to catch him off guard. He's more skilled than Naruto and can teleport, this will allow him to fight multiple Naruto clones and escape if need be, plus has some decent stamina of his own.

Lastly, he can BFR Naruto to the Underworld. However this is if he's just around one Naruto because he won't know which one is the real one.
 
Scorpion wins. Agreeing with the AP, far more experienced. Naruto's shadow clones will pretty much only delay the inevitable. Considering Scorpion's level of fire control, his teleportation which he's know for using in the cutscenes will make it even harder for him to be hit, etc. He'll take it in time or quicker if he's on point.
