The Joker (DC) vs Miss Joke (MHA)

Miss Joke takes a whiff of Joker venom and dies with a rictus grin. Voting Joker for being far more unpredictable, having a wide array of tools that can mutilate Miss Joke, and is far smarter than her. Miss Joke's quirk doesn't kill people like Joker venom does.

He always carries it around. Prep time only gives him a chance to plant the venom somewhere.
 
Well, can he really use it before he gets forced to laugh into submission?
 
I know it says that she's able to impair cognitive functions through laughter inducement however isn't the Joker always laughing? I mean he could just get around her quirk just because of how insane he is.
 
It's not cognitive I don't think, it's more based on how it would disrupt your respiratory functions and stop you from really being able to do anything. Joker does laugh alot, but he's never just been rolling on the ground laughing or just sitting there laughing so hard he can't shoot straight.
 
I was going off the profile where it says cognitive. Anyway the Joker being as smart as he is could find a way out. Or you know just power through the whole thing.....seeing how he was perfectly fine with '''cutting his own face off''' ''shudders''

Eh, I dunno. Either way, he could probably power through it, yeah, but it's still some degree of hinderance in a fight.
 
So yeah voting Joker due to probably just powering through her quirk, naturally laughing and would likely not be that affected anyway, being stupidly smarter, far better fighter (fights Batman regularly), and versatility with weapons.
