Mega Man (Classic) vs. Sans

Rules:

Takes place in an open battleground.

They start 20 meters from each other.

No prep time

Round 1: In character, win via KO or death

Round 2: Bloodlust, win via death

Who wins?
 
Round 1: Megaman blitzes and freezes Solid with absolute zero.

Round 2: Megaman, although with much greater difficulty.
 
I'm not seeing what's stopping Mega from stopping time in Round 2 and blasting Sans.
 
I'm also not seeing Sans having the ability to really hurt Megaman much. Unless Megaman has a soul that I don't know about, KR does nothing to him. Even if he does, Megaman cannot and will not harm humans and I'm fairly certain blowing up robots doesn't count as inflicting on others.
 
He does have a soul (as his little brother X does too), but Mega Man never willingly enters a fight and only fights when he has to (the "Die Wily!" thing was an American exclusive). Even then he tries not to kill anyone as seen in the comics, where his brothers' IC Chips (essentially their brains) are scavenged so new bodies could be made for them. Thus Mega's actual kill count is extremely low.

Mega Man. And this is borderline spite. A 5-B with hax that would work vs physically below low 7-c with hax that wouldn't work.

Not casting my vote yet. But physically below low 7-c seems like a bit of a jump in conclusion when he's stated as 'unknown'. He's survived for an extended period of time after being hit by Chara and has won against MFTL+ characters before.
 
Megaman has far more versatility and blitzes the heck out of Sans. Sans has been said to have lightspeed Gaster Blasters, but Megaman has never actually killed any living person which means Karmic Retribution won't do any side effects. The only thing Sans has on Megaman might be durability negation, but I am pretty sure that Megaman again can react to almost anything thrown at him.

Sans was called physically the weakest monster in the game, but he has Mach 1 speeds being the fastest monster in the underground. While Frisk might have a great reaction speed, this doesn't equate to Sans which I've seen someone try to argue Sans is FTL. If Megaman is planetary as the calcs go, Sans wouldn't have anything on Megaman as most monsters are just town level and Sans is below that.

Overall, you can't deny Megaman outclasses in every category and he should be FTL in reaction since he can react to his equal Bass. Sans literally won't last a minute with Megaman getting full arsenal.

His 3 notable victories were all against MFTL+ characters. One was speed equalised, Broly was not.

His game stats are weaker than those of Papyrus however it's arguable that he has determination which allowed him to last longer after the fight with Chara/Frisk. There is no definitive gauge on his durability which is why it's rated as 'unknown'. I mean, I'm not voting for sans or Megaman yet but dismissing key parts of a contender's profile isn't the best way to approach a fight.

Perhaps, but Sans' speed is also unquantifiable due to his reliance on teleportation. Nevertheless, anything short of having Infinite Speed is pointless in the face of a Time Stop, and Mega doesn't have a high enough kill count to allow KR to do much.
