Stalemate. The death loop won't work due to the auto rewind upon death. Stalker can't do shit due to the causality and will power manip
 
Death Loop works, its just that he gets stuck in the first death.
 
Not really, because unlike Diavolo, The Stalker has the means to actually escape the loop without GER's direct interference at all times. For one, it's fairly obvious that GER is going to be killing The Stalker in stopped time, so the other deaths do not progress. Time rewinds automatically, and the loop is undone, or at the very least, time does not resume for him to die in the next death. Remember, even with his will power nulled, both time stop and rewind still function automatically. GER needs to causality away the rewind for the loop to take effect and The Stalker to start dying across the multiverse. Thus, neither can permanently take the other out
 
GER says "lol no rewind for you". And proceeds to ORA him.
 
Yes, he could do that. But he would have to do that for every time. GER undoes the rewind, but the rewind automatically does it again. GER undoes the rewind, but the rewind automatically does it again. Repeat. Even after he gets Muda'd to death, the rewind takes effect automatically once again
