Pushing prep to the limit - Doctor Doom vs The Doctor

Ok, yeah maybe a week is too long. How about a day?
 
Base. They have access to anything they can get their hands on within the given time.
 
Like I said, I can shift the prep to a day if it makes it any fairer.

I'm also open to 30 min of prep.
 
But can Doom absorb Doctor fast enough before getting one-shotted? I'm looking at Doom's profile and he doesn't seem to have any kind of crazy immortality here. Or it's just Doom's profile is outdated?
 
Are the Doc Who revisions done yet?
