Like Reppuzan pointed out, the problem would be his stats, they'll all be unknown. We can't scale characters to each other in crossovers (like MvC or SSB).

There is a way to do it by doing real statistics and assuming this is a different marvel universe. Look at Kirby (Smash Bros.), Mr. Game & Watch, Wii Fit Trainer, Duck Hunt Dog who arn't scaled to the "God" of their universe. Not to mention MvC Galactus seems to only be around planet from feats alone. And the Capcom characters being in the Marvel universe change the capcom characters and POSSIBLY the Marvel Characters according to the story.
