Formula for finding the GBE of a star is U = 3GM^2 / r(5 - n)
G is the gravitational constant of 6.67408x10^-11
M is the mass of a neutron star, which is 4.1887902e+29 kilograms for this size
r is the radius in meters, which, for neutron stars is 10,000 meters as a low-end
n is the polytrpoic value for these stars, which is 0.75 for a neutron star
Putting all of those into my formula spits out the answer of 1.4930653e+46 joules, which is 4-B. Jack, I'd like to know how you got High 5-A.

Shit I made a mistake
The formula is U = {3*(6.67408x10^-11)*(4*10^30)^2}/{(13000*(5-1)} =61606892307692307692307692307692307692307692307.6923076923076923 =6.1E46 joules
I assumed the maximum radius as I'm also taking the heaviest neutron stars. The polytropic value can be anywhere between 0.5-1. What am I missing?

Ah. You used the value for a wide neutron star, but forgot to change the weight. Neutron stars have a density of 1017 kg/m3. Your star, with a radius of 13km, should weigh around 9.2027721e+29 kg.
Also, I just mid-ball the polytropic value. 0.5 to 1, so I just go with 0.75
