I was planning this one for a long time, honestly I haven't been paying attention to the versus threads so if this is a trend, well my bad.

Anyway, now that it's been switched

AP: Courier is 62 Tons with some of his most basic pistols and that's completely disregarding strength Amps, and his power Armor

Speed: Equal, but both have Speed Amps

Skill: Courier crushes in this department, on top of being the best fighter in both the NCR and the legion he's capable of learning and adapting to new situations on the fly and instantly recognizing his disadvantage when she summons causes him to pull VATS soon enough which will tell him if his attacks will hit or miss and what provability they have.

How does Raiden (Metal Gear) vs Raven (Base) sound?

He's 35 tons and I don't think his HF blade will be able to ignore her Aura.

Also all of his keys execpt for his first one says he carries HF blades and knives.

Anyhoo. I'm agreeing with Garg even though rwby is better, Courier sorta takes this handily.
 
Anko might get a possible X10multiplier with he seal, but she ain't using it in-character
