it should go Prime Emperor > Chaos Horus > Daemon Prince Magnus, but Magnus shouldn't be that much further behind Horus.
Edit: That being said, other Daemon Princes like Angron should be similar to Magnus in power, however they should be lower than he, as Magnus is by far the strongest psyker of the group.
