So...wait....how do we add the match? Do we just link them back to the WarGreymon file from the WarGreymon file? Ovo

Both have equal AP, and both have basically the same abilities. However, SkullGreymon does have poison attacks that give him an edge. This is a close one. But maybe SkullGreymon from me.

Skully G had the poison attacks and the savagery to win. MetalGreymon just has the range.

Do not forget that SkullGreymon has one more weakness, Digicore's defense of Skull Greymon is just his skeleton. As explained in the Skull Mammon profile that tells you about the nature of the "Skull" Digimon:
The Digicore shining within its chest is undamaged, so it is able to maintain its vital functions even though its body has become nothing but bones, but if the bare Digicore is struck, then Skull Mammon would probably be at the edge of death.
The body of a Digimon isn't 100% a necessity, this is why some Digimon can live even without a "full body". However, the lack of a body can mean a less defense for the Digicores. And if the Digicore is destroyed, it can be considered that he will die and will only return after reincarnating.
So Metal Greymon has one more advantage because of having a full defense in his Digicore, while SkullGreymon leaves his Digicore exposed, and without it he dies.

I'm going with Metal as he hold more advantages with both of them being around same level of power.
Metal's Vaccine vs. Skull's Virus means that Metal deals more damage and takes less in return despite Skull having poison attacks.
Metal apparently has superior range, meaning he has better chances of getting attacks off and hitting Skull without getting as much retaliation. This would also help Metal stay away from Skull's poison.
Skull's digicore is exposed and is a prime weakpoint that could spell the end of him if he takes a hit to it. This is further compounded by the fact Skull doesn't have much of a body to shield or protect it whereas Metal does.
Metal has Acceleration Boost to literally double his effective attack power. Add that to the Vaccine>Virus and it's quite clear that Metal can really just outdamage.
Skull is also noted to not have any intelligence to balance out his fighting instincts, which leads me to believe that Skull really can't do much in the way of tactics that aren't 'Beat you to death with your own spine and then blow you up!'
In summation: Metal has every advantage he needs to win and beats Skull out in every category. Honestly, I can't say if I'd call the decisive or a stomp. But either way, Metal FTW.
