The Premise

The largest war ever concocted has begun. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the incalculably huge multiverse, once thought eternal and infinite, is beginning to crumble. Time and Space, once pillars of stability, have shattered, bringing universes never meant to meet into contact with one another. Perhaps things could have gone more smoothly, but war was ultimately the final result. Now you, pulled out of your daily life, have found your way into this war. You are not defenseless, however. You find yourself armed with powers and weapons from another universe, bound to you through a strange item. Only time will tell if you survive. If time still exists by the end, that is…

Procedure: Each person will make a character using the template above. Each person will request at least 2 different verses. The GM will pick two powers the chosen Verse's characters, for example, Morro's ally summoning and Jay's lightning manipulation. They will also give a Time Limit and Cooldown on said powers. Those limits are subject to Cinematic Time however, and should be mostly used as a rough guideline. Attack Abilities will be given a tier based on the verse, which will be used to determine its cooldown and time limit. Otherwise, it will be based on potency.

! If a Verse of Origin is chosen for a character, they should be a normal person in that Verse. They can be from anywhere in the Verse however.

(a broken masqurade scenario is when word about the foundation and stuff they contain gets out and it can't be dealt with by just erasing peoples memories or by not killed way more people than the Ethics Comitee will allow)
