Following, but I'm pretty sure this comes out as inconclusive. Either Hassan deathhaxes first, or Ghost Rider BFRS.

Death Hax is useless due to his Type 8 and his Death resistance is downright stupid

And Ghost also has the chance of looking at Hassan in the eyes and automatically winning.

GR will probably be put against Dies Ires characters.

Will fairly loss anyway, so the matches would be added.

"King Hassan is able to "kill" abstract concepts like long-distance communication and insert the concept of death into those who have none. He is even able to instantly kill a target by "killing" their fate."

Pretty sure Ghost Rider can't come back from something like that. It also negates ressurection.

His immortality also comes from a High 3-A character whose concept Hassan could probably also kill, IMO.

Exactly.

Can't believe that almost nonone actually realized Hassan anti GR abilities.

This may turn in a haxtomp.

Yeah, based on what Dargoo Faust says, I vote for King Hassan
Buddy

I hope you realize living Darkness is High 1B and he tanks Death Manipulation attacks from it

Also I don't really see how any of that would negate resurection

It removes their fate and reason for existence from the timeline, making it so the only fate left to them is that they die the moment the blade contacts them. You can't resurrect if fate says you don't exist past a certain point.

So I guess it becomes again the whole "who shot first" thread.

... I'm going with GR cus I like him and I don't like Nasu in general.

Also, is that your new form Monarch, a loli?

If it was from the front GR would win.

Anyway yeah, KH wins, whether it's a stomp or not IDK

Do GR's eyes instantly trigger Penance Stare?

Laciel+ How good is his Presence Concealment? GR can literally sense beings (Living and nonliving) that had harmed and/or threated to harm humans, and KH looks like a walking pile of "please don't kill me I have a family!" shit.

Prom+ Yes, PS also has a small range of a like 3 meters, and can lock the victims's sight so they can't avoid the PS.

@New really really good. People with worse (or at least comparable I don't remember exactly, but not better) PC can walk through extremely crowded city streets in broad daylight carrying a mutilated corpse and not have anyone notice them. Servants can sense each other, but they can't sense an Assassin using PC. And I was told that people explicitly looking for King Hassan using special equipment still didn't realise he was standing right next to them the whole time.

And are you sure PS is passive? I don't remember Ghost Rider automatically PSing anyone who looks in his eyes

I was asking whether it was passive or not because if it's not passive King Hassan doesn't need to attack from behind (not that he would, but).

Not sure how Penance Stare will interact with King Hassan. He only really kills "when the bell tolls", which basically means that God has decreed his target's death. It's not necessarily his own choice, and so, not really a fault of his own. Not that it matters much since KH is always in PC and can sneak attack someone with the reaction speed of Ozymandias despite his curse. Voting for KH due to Presence Concealment and Azrael.

Vote Count!

(Also, changing my vote to Hassan FRA)

Omae wa mou shindeiru - 7 (TacticalNuke, Solacis, Gargoyle, Monarch, Dargoo, Iap, Newendigo)

Nani - 0

Unanimous, I'll add.
