Introductio
In this thread i will be covering the power of the the Elder Gods and the One Being with the arguments i have proposed to Dark649. So let's begin.

Yet, along with everything else, that plane is a part of One Being's dreams. Logically transcending it all.

This shows us two things: Elder Gods are capable of moving beyond the flow of time (Obviously) and One Being's dreams make up a 4 Dimensional Structure that is the Existence.
Combine the fact that the Mortal Kombat has some Higher Planes of Existence and a shared space-time with all of the inferior realms, One Being's Dreams or Consciousness (Depends on how you view it) making up the entirety of existence, should place him at Low 2-C. Elder Gods should scale for being able to fight him for a while.
Some notes:
1.If a structure such as Time (A major aspect of a Space-Time continuum) was a part of All of Existence, Space, another major aspect of a space-time continuum which coexists with time itself, indeed falls under his Dreams.
2.Some aspects of the verse got retconned, but we can't say that the powerlevels of these characters got retconned too, it's fallacious to do so as it will fall under Hasty Generalization.
3.Kamidogu in the new Timeline may not be as potent as the ones in the Old Timeline in terms of Reality Warping, but they too participated in the defeat of the One Being and have his essence.
Chad Shao Kahn enforcing his Law on the innocent residents of Street Fighter and Tekken.
4.While it's true that most realms share the same Time, together, they make up a single massive Space-Time continuum.

Hell, in Shaolin Monks (A Spinoff game, a retelling of MK2 you could say) the Netherrealm was stated to be Infinite in size by an Experienced Sub-Zero who has been searching for his brother in Netherrealm for a long time (and obtained knowledge about that dimension while doing so). http://youtu.be/gVhaX3C9cW0 51:50
Events of the Shaolin Monks are not canon to the main continuity for sure, but what happened in that story does not mean that everything in SM is not canon to the main continuity. For instance, the Cosmology which has not been contradicted by the main continuity. Netherrealm and the Heavens are not even your regular realms.
Yes, i am aware of the fact that John Vogel said that they are only planet sized and in some cases that they were portrayed to be planet sized. The Definition of the Realms were originally intended to be Dimensions and the Planets inside them.
