Sadly luffy has precog. That makes it difficult for the cucco.
 
If PaChi2 used the High 6-B key of Cucco, the value is 287 Teratons.

Should be noted that the 7 Teratons feat was done by a mini-boss, who's far weaker than bosses that KFC can kill.

AP wise, Ichigo is on par/arguably stronger then True Power Yhwach, who can one-shot Ichibei, who should be at least comparable to the likes of Bankai Yammamoto and Monster Aizen, who should be above the likes of Gerard, Bankai Kenpachi, Adult Hitsugaya, Byakuya, who should be at least a little stronger than Shikai Kenpachi, who is stronger than Gremmy.
 
Guess I gotta point out the Cucco's scaling now...

Wizzrobes are 7 teratons. King Dodongo is so above Wizzrobes that saying that he one shots then is insulting to the lizard (seriously, they're like, low tier miniboss level and like, anyone of any importance is vastly superior). While most characters need bombs to weaken King Dodongo a bit, the Giant Cucco just...beats the shit out of him.
 
I dont know how you get that Yamammoto is > Gerard and Bankai Kenpachi.

Anyway, let's go with the x4 difference.
 
Well, Ichigo has range, mobility and intelligence advantage (and probably experience advantage fighting monster like hollows).

Both are scale above multiple 6-Bs but Ichigo scaled to 24 teratons vs the chicken 7 terratons so it safe to say Ichigo probably have the AP advantage.

I think Ichigo has the mean to counter the chicken swarm by flying away and then spam getsuga tensho and juujisho, he should be smart enough to fly away when he saw the hordes of chicken coming at him.

And I believe this also not the first time he fought multiple people that comparable to him like his bankai training with zangetsu.

And Ichigo has massive stamina and endurance, not to mention blut vene should help him to last longer in fight.

So yeah I vote Ichigo.
