Beerus vs. Darkseid

Even with speed equalized, Darkseid has plenty of hax to deal with Beerus here(mainly his Omega Beams which allows him to erase beings from existence). That or he could BFR him.

Either way, Darkseid stomps here.
 
they're in the same tier the same way nappa and vegeta are in the same tier in the saiyan saga. yeah they can both one shot moons and blow up small planets but there is no way in hell nappa is going to stand a chance against vegeta.
 
Actually Fanon, Darkseid got downgraded in his True Form to just 3-A(I assume Ant did that, so you could ask him about it).

Doesn't change the fact that Darkseid murks Beerus here with his hax powers.
 
But beings like Doomsday and Superman survived the full force of the Omega Beams. Just checked out Darkseid's page, though this is a much stronger Darkseid...

Yeah, but those are avatars usually who would be crushed by Beerus

This is True Darkseid, a being I doubt they Beerus will ever get the chance to beat

then the most relevant question would be; could beerus energy nullification hax work on omega beams? he did nullify energy that was gonna destroy the entire universe.
 
True Self Darkseid is too strong. I believe this was the version that was melting the multiverse just by existing. Lock this.

The Omega Beams aren't universal nor are they energy from what I understand, they just remove things from existence, so no

This effect is not only a relentless attack, but it is capable of teleporting the target to any location Darkseid chooses and recall them later or erase the target from the universe and similarly reform them.

Beerus has been shown to not be able to nullify kinetic energy which implies that he can nullify energy attacks ie: ki blasts only. Omega Beams aren't ki blasts so much as hax blasts.
 
i mean, the concept of KI as seen in DB only really exists in dragonball verse


i think this needs to be looked at for verse equalization rules...this is similar to not allowing flash to speedsteal anyone not from DC because speedforce only exists on DCverse.


Beerus hax is listed as energy nullification..i think for fairness purpose this should be apllied to all types of energy, not just things that exist in DBverse.


i'm not familiar enough with Darkseid to really argue beyonf this however...if it is true that he was "Melting the multiverse by existing" then he obviously stomps beerus, but at that point this would just be a horrible mismatch

At the very least it should apply to all forms of chi
 
What i was saying was that Darkseids attack seems less like a ki blast or chi attack(we can call it shinsoo, qi, ki, etc) and more like a hax attack. It doesn't so much damage as it does overwrite a beings current existence and replace it with a new state(or in some cases just erases)

As far as that goes Beings like Superman and Doomsday seem to have a type of dimensional level immunity to ohk attacks like the omega beam that doesn't apply in other situations. You know, plot armour.

if darkseid really relying on omega beams to win i'd put this as inconclusive


there's no way to know or even fairly extrapolate whether Beerus would be able to nullify them or not.

darkseid stomps for now since we dont know the Capability of 100 % Beerus and @Dragon yup Beerus can Nullify and redirect but on ki we dont know if on anything aswell but i might think he can since he redirceted Fire in ep 2 hmm.
 
Oh great, MORE losses to Beerus. You know to be fair, Beerus IS THE WEAKEST Tier 3-A being with absolutely no great hax. Everyone agrees that Beerus is one of the most difficult Tier 3 character to match up with.

This sucks for Beerus. Seriously, he sucks at his job as God Of Destruction
