basically his Devil Lens allows him to see through genjutsu(This is what it's called in KHR or Illusions) his opponents status, abilities, nature of attacks and weaknesses.

That means Mukuro knows MS weakness and forcing Sasuke to spam MS techniques, especially Susano'o is the most solid tactic.

I don't know about Mukuro other than his profile by the way.

Muruko knows MS's weakness and creates an illusion that force Sasuke to spam Susano'o, this way even without becoming blind he wastes all of his chakra probably within the hour after fight start.

So, Muruko takes this with ease if his illusions effective against Sasuke.
 
Mukuro have more experience, both with illusion and with combat, their lens also gives a tremendous advantage.

I vote for Mukuro.
 
Mukuro's Daemon Spade's Devil lens should make him see through Sasuke's illusion and learn about status and weakness of Sasuke.

Mukuro is also a very crafty fighter, prefering to use his illusions to enhance his combat prowess and allow him to obtain easy victories. His illusions are border line reality warping and can cover such a wide area, which should be superior to Sasuke's illusions.

In addition, if Mukuro lands one hit, even a graze, with his trident. he can also simply be able to posses Sasuke and make this fight end quickly too.

Since Sasuke has Multi-Continental attack potency, he stomps. Also Mukuro's illusions won't work on Sasuke since he is completely immune to that shit. Explain to me, how the hell did Tsunayoshi lost to Sasuke, and Mukuro winning for some reason?

Yeah...also, choice arc adult Mukuro is a pure illusion, and he can reform his body out of illusions as long his soul is still in tact....which is pretty much low-godly regen...

...Yeah...we should probably wait until after the revisions finish this...
