Ainz Ooal Gown Range upgrade

"several hundreds of meters with spells" is what it says about him right now. I believe the reason he froze the lizardmen's lake was to test the range of his spells, and it managed to freeze the whole lake Solid.

The Lake in question's size: "This enormous lake had a radius of approximately twenty kilometers, and was shaped like an inverted calabash, divided into the upper lake and the lower lake"

So the range of his spell was approximately 40 Kilometers. I think that is a bit more than 100's of meters. Also, Ainz used divination and teleportation spells and their range has been much higher (although they weren't combat spells necessarily).

I think we could also agree that his Iä Shub-Niggurath had a range of at least a Kilometer, being that it killed 30,000 (?) people instantly and they were a significant distance away from him.

Overall, I believe Ainz can cast offensive spells at least 5km away (within his vision) as a baseline but can cast spells tens or hundreds of km away depending on the nature of the spell, so circumstantially. Tell me if I'm off the mark

Not really delving into it. Just a little clarification.
Iä Shub-Niggurath took the lives of 75-80 thousand people as sacrifice. In other words, the flank of the Kingdom's army was completely carved.

I guess I'll support you.

Not really sure myself. I'm gonna ask him to someone who remembers the LN better than i do.

I totally support you, most of his offensive spells have a range of a few hundered meters, but spells like Greater Teleportation are as far he can possibly see. So Kilometers instead of mere meters. It should atleast be added that range is far above a few meters and into the Kilometers with certain spells. I believe Greater Teleportation is the biggest one though, which is virutally limitless with Clairvoyance spells, he doesn't even need Clairvoyance spells in regards to destinations hes already been to as well.

Actually there must be something like:

Range: Varies. Up to Tens of kilometers with Higher-Tier Spells. Hundreds of kilometers with Teleportation.

blah blah blah.
This seems fine.

Not sure where hundreds of kilometers came from; teleporting from one side of the Earth to the other is dozens of kilometers. But we word that as Planetary with teleportation.

Edit: Crap nevermind, I had meters confused with kilometers for a second. Hundreds of kilometers seems reasonable I guess.

>Dozens of kilometers

What.

Not familiar with the verse, but where does hundreds of kilometers come from? Is there a source that mentions the size of the world? Or did he teleport from the Earth to the Moon? I see nothing mentioning that in the OP. Still Planetary range is the wording for it.

The Holy Kingdom is a peninsular state, surrounded by the Great Wall.

The Great Wall is a 100-kilometer long barrier that safeguards the human kingdom from the dangers of the Wilderness and the vicious demi-human tribes.
NWmap.

In the last volumes, Ainz freely uses teleportation, transporting from the Holy Kingdom Roble to the other side of the continent.

Yes this. thank you, I tried to explain this exact point to someone in the Ainz V Samus Thread, but it wasn't "accepted" because it wasn't in the profile. Does this happen alot? Where information is either incorrect(in the profile) or just not in the profile and so its totally disregarded even with proof from the source itself? This was very annoying to experience to say the least.

Im pretty new to this site.

Simple. His profile is just at an outdated state. It needs an update, for which we all vote.

Situation: Ainz gets a loss V Samus, this thread pulls through, can the loss be reverted? Or atleast reopened?
That thread is far from the final stage, where people mindlessly spam "FRA".

If an unfair defeat is credited to Ainz, ignoring the fact that his teleportation exceeds the indicated distance, then in that case yes, this is pure favoritism. But it is unlikely to be closed until the issue with this CRT is resolved. In the end, it was recently reanimated.

I'd have to agree, looking at many of these vs threads with Ainz, they assume that Ainz can't do anything to them instantly from the starting distance because his range in his profile is only hundreds of meters. I don't think that accurately represents his character though. Since we have quite a few people supporting this, how exactly do we go about getting it changed?

hundreds of kilometers is usually teleporting from one country to another as a lowball. Ainz can do that.

Why don't we have "hundreds of meters with most of his spells, hundreds of kilometers, possibly planetary, via teleportation"? Seems like a good way to go with it.
Sounds reasonable.
