She doesn have resistance to soul absorbtion and maby his death hax,i don't know how it works.

Soul manip is passive along with mindhax, same aura, and deathhax is he speaks and people die. She doesn't have soul resists, so aura still kills her even if she resists part of it.

Not relevant to this math, but how quick is nihlus to use deathhax, and is it in the same attack as his surface bust? IIRC he lifewiped a planet with it, though I could be wrong.

She can BFR,one shot him,absorb him,mind hax him,freeze him so he can not move.Kaguya never used mind hax on Naruto and Sasuke because Sasuke can resist it easily.

BFR is almost instant,she changes a dimension to ice one(or any other) and leaves him there,her mind hax is above Nihilus's,so she mind haxes him without a problem.
I go inconclusive cause i don't know what will she do at first,she may even start with vacoom attack or some close combat shit and gets absorbed.But if she uses mind hax instantly or BFR she can somehow win.

She can't do an of that faster than an ability that's already happening as the fight starts. That's like trying to race an omnipresent. Even with an infinite amount of speed, the omnipresent was already at the goal to begin with.
