Yu Narukami vs Jotaro Kujo (Eyes of Heaven)

As much as I love Yu, Jotaro can probably take this via reality overwrite assuming he can control it. It doesn't need contact same as TWOH and Yu won't getting past those.

I think Jotaro takes this. Yu has resistance to a lot of effects that Reality Overwrite can achieve, but he definitely doesn't have a resistance to the reality-warping nature of ROW itself. One hit from SPOH would leave Yu at Jotaro's mercy. And any kind of status effects or injuries Yu inflicts can easily be canceled out by ROW.

...What is this matchup? Why are you all voting on this when you clearly know these characters well? This is a stomp and should be closed. You're pitting a 6-A character against a 2-A. This is an unfair matchup.

Jotaro is 2-A via a specific hax, Yu could splatter Jotaro by gently tapping him

I actually have to agree, forgot this thread existed until I decided to visit the wiki after a break.

Despite the inaccuracy of DraycoMakargo's comment, I have to sadly agree that this matchup is unfair.

Well then, inconclusive.

Yu can one shot with any attack, but Jojo can rewritte all of his stuff.

So it can go either way.

Any of Yu's attacks isn't instant and Time Stop is a thing. It's in character to go for Za Warudo immediately.

I'm 90% sure none of Yu's attacks are instant fast.

There's the persona card shattering then the casting.

Though idk how Yukari did it in P4AU but that's a different story.

In any case, Jotaro fra.

Time stop is instant. Yu's attacks isn't instant. Equalization doesn't change anything. One punch from the stand and he's dead. It's pretty decisive.

Speed equalized meand everything is equal or else it is literally a matter of having the faster attack.

Lets say we fight to the death, but i have a gun whilenyou habe a sword.

Youll be human level and have a weapon on that level while i have a weapont that is faster than you.

Not fair.

Umm, that is not how speed Equalization works. Attack speed and travel speed doesn't involve other things like haxes like Time Stop. Yu's attacks are considered projectiles, Jotaro's TS isn't for obvious reasons. It is instant. Punched. Dead.

I wasn't sure if, despite the hax, this was allowed. Maybe it is? I mean either way they destroy eachother. (Kinda still feel this is unfair.) I'm voting inconclusive for now. Let's see where this goes.

Definitely Jotaro, just by his character nature. He just has to Za Warudo then overwrite Yu. In this case, Hax beats AP.

I'm not sure. I just know that unless Jotaro feels the need he has to be faster, he'll use time stop. Considering they're the same speed here, Jotaro is going to use time stop if he realizes that Yu is too much for him. So before this gets put up, (yes I know I just voted but let's hold on for a second), what exactly may trigger Jotaro to use his time stop? If we can't identify a trigger, then it's safe to assume he'd get one shot by Yu.
