Leviathan's best bet is to hack him as her starting roar will be useless.
She will have Globemon's scanning ability and thus with the almighty power of google, find out all his information.
At that time she'd know to go for hacking to rewrite his characteristics and undo his resistances. Then go for the roar.
But....that's only assuming this....Masadaverse character just stands there....
