Wait, I thought this was Saiyan Saga. I could see Ditto copying 5-Bs because its heavily theorized that Dittos are failed Mew clones/failed Mewtwos, but Low 2-C? Ditto gets lolstomped by the Frieza Saga, let alone ToP Saga.

Metal Powder would be useful, but not Quick Powder, because speed is equalized. And I'm pretty sure Goku could get around defenses 1.5x greater than his own anyway.
