According to his page his Void manipulation power works by cutting the body and soul. Hades can't cut Goku's body because of the AP and DR difference and Goku has Soul Manipulation resistance. So the Void Manipulation can't be activated on Xeno Goku because Hades lacks the means to do it.LotusKLM said:

Individuals vastly weaker than Hades can destroy the atoms of their foes.
Hades uses his Cosmo to bust Goku's atoms, bypass his durability with the Sword of Hades if he doesn't just obliterate Goku's body first.

It is generalizing and putting out of context, the manipulation of the souls of hades is immensely greater than that of sheroom ... in saint seiya the characters manipulate the matter ignoring the resistance, with the manipulation of very high level souls of Hades along with the manipulation of matter, it is perfectly possible to circumvent the resistance of goku.

Primarily because it's basically a given in a Saint Seiya verse that is almost common knowledge.
But yeah, this stuff really should be listed on the profiles, but Matthew Schroeder, our premier Saint Seiya supporter, hasn't gotten around to that.
